I added a deformer but when i remove it its still there this is annoyingggg this keeps happening.

After removing it, try right-clicking on yourself and look for something like 'Appearance/Reset Skeleton and Animations'

Also from the main menu, Avatar/Avatar Health/Undeform Avatar or Reset Skeleton and Animations.

Sometimes those sort of things can get stuck though and you need to log off/back on after removing the deformer.

Its often also necessary using the undeform option after getting up from the latest adult furniture, as they also influence the avatar physics and they often do get stuck after.
