For Sale because my rental community plans need to be canned due to financial issues.

This piece is interesting because of how friggin long it took me to acquire all of this land...

This is the only piece of the SL mainland I have left, and I am trying to downsize and get rid of my land tier due to RL finances.

When I created my planned rental community, I made seven evenly squared 2045 parcels out of the land, with some sqm left over for a "community parcel and a connecting street."

I will not be massively pricing this down due to how much I have already invested into this parcel. 

My price keeps it at an even 3L/m².

You will likely see someone buy this parcel and put it up for sale again for a ridiculous amount, more than likely 4Xs my price.🤣

I have priced it to sell fast to one of those types 🤡. But if you actually will keep this parcel, it would make a fun rental community!
