Amazing location with big picture windows overlooking Sea of Fables. It sits on a cliff just above the sea, near a scenic Linden bridge --  thus the name "Bridge House." This house is also special in that you can either have it unfurnished with a 600 Prim Allowance or you can have it furnished with a 440 Prim Allowance (the furnishing take 160 LI of your allowance). The doorbell is a furniture rezzer - Click it and you get a menu that allows you to rez or derez the furniture. This house comes with a large "yard" including stone steps down to near the water. It is a great location for people who love to landscape their yards.

The weekly fee is $L 900 per week.

Pay for 5 weeks and get a 6th week free. Thank you for your inquiry. The unit is still available and it is in the vendor (the left Ipperwash one).

The notecards with available rentals are updated once or twice a week, and this came available after the last update, but will be in the next one if not rented before then. That is why you did not see it in the notecard.
