Are you getting an Error? If so, what is the error? You do need to have payment info on file, because it costs - a varying amount depending on your membership status. I can still get to the screen. To change your first name only, click the box at the top -- and the new name must be unique (never before used by anyone). If you also want a new last name, click the second box. Whether you are only changing the first name, only changing the last name, or changing both, the first/last combo must be unique and not ever used before -- unless it is one of your own previous names. Even if the chosen combo does not show in Search, if it has been used by someone else previously, they still basically own it and nobody else can use it.
