Two Questions - Can't return an object and no key found

Well, here I am again so soon.  The joys of a land owner.  

There is an object that is refusing to let me return it to the owner.  It's also odd that the person who rezzed it, and owns it, cannot delete or pick it up.  Any ideas on why?  Maybe it's a glitch and a ticket submission is the way to go?  

Also, I reset a bunch of rental boxes since I moved locations and had no problems except with one that gives me the message, "no key found for <avatar name>.  Every single other one worked just fine.  I've check spelling, even copy pasted the name from the profile and still I get the message.  I changed rental boxes too, just in case.  Still the same message.

Hi Lena,

the prim might be a ghosted prim ? Have you tried restarting the Sim ?

And for the rental box. Yesterday suddenly while online all Display-Names on Screen changed into Usernames, then i couldn´t rezz things or sit on poseballs anymore.

So maybe it was just one of that weekends in SL :smileysurprised:
