retrieve login infor

I cant log into my sl second acct....i had everything saved on my old pc and I recently moved all my info is in storage how can I get on the account its Kayleyrose. i have a new pc now.. how can i retrieve my log in infor?

If you have access to the email account associated with the login, you don't even need a Support ticket. 

On the login page, click the 'Forgot your login information' link.  If you know your username, enter that and they will email a link to reset your password.  If you are not sure of the username, enter the email and they'll send the username.  Then come back to that same page and enter the username to get the password reset link emailed.
