I finally got my rental community idea up and ready for members!

A community street connects all parcels and leads to the community area with Route 7A access right on the rez zone!

Once tenants rent, I will create a new group for the community. For now, the residents will be a part of my Polaris Rising land group.

I wanted to make a small "community" on the mainland where renters could make friends with each other and maybe me. It is hard nowadays to meet cool people in this game, so I decided to keep this large parcel and see how this little experiment of mine goes. I hope to see some residents pop up and get this community going!
