Second Life Server

The SLS channel will be updated to one of the projects that was in RC last week. This update removes some the length limits on custom header usage for llHttpRequest().

Second Life RC

The RC channels will be rolled during their usual time slot on Wednesday, and will all receive the same version. This build includes the combined set of changes that were in the 2 RC builds last week, including the new LSL sound playback functions.
