From the Linden Labs Terms of Service:

At the time your Account is opened, you must select a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for any harm resulting from your disclosure, or authorization of the disclosure of your password or from any person's use of your password to gain access to your Account or Account Name. At no time should you respond to an online request for a password other than in connection with the log-on process to the Service. Your disclosure of your password to any other person is at your own risk."

In addition to getting bounced from SL for a TOS violation, you might also be opening yourself up to much creater danger from RL identity theft or stalking. It's definitely a BAD idea.

Nor should you ever give your pin number for your bank cards to anyone, not even your mother/spouse/most trusted.

Some things are just not wise to do.

Regarding Mistress being able to make changes and do scripting faster... a good Mistress would also be a good and patient teacher of her underlings. Asking for access to your account, is quite frankly, taking the p1ss.
