Second Life Server 11.05.31.231546. 3750 prims.Since transfer would not complete before the tier date (26th June), I'm including its value on the price as the person who purchases it will only have to worry with tier payment on 26th July.I want 400 USD on it (1 month tier included).I will give estate manager rights as soon as ticket is open.You must own a full sim to be eligible to purchase a homestead!Contact Syndel Daviau or Ensiferum Dyrssen in-world.
