I Bought something through the SL marketplace twice and never received it.

I bought some Beach  JFM Leather Black Flip Flop's like 10 minutes ago TWICE on SL marketplace and never recieved them...yet it says they have been delivered....idk what to do....

It could have been delivered in a folder or box, did you try typing the item's name into the inventory's search window?

If you know you don't have it, I think you have to wait 24 hours before requesting a re-deliver from the Merchant who may ask for a copy of the transaction history.

Some Merchants have included information in their Profiles for re-delivery which may offer faster solutions if they are Online. They want your business PurpleDolphinManFromOuterSpace :smileywink:

Buying on the Marketplace can be very slow.  It can take up to 24 hours to deliver...though usually much faster it is not promised to be immediate.  If you want to buy items and recieve immediately your are better off looking using the Marketplace as a search tool and tp to the inworld shop to buy the item you want.

Note...single items usually deliver with no problems within the 24 hours.  But, shopping cart purchases often fail.

If you have a problem with a delivery after the 24 hour period send a nice im to the creator along with a notecard with the information and paste the transaction information from your history on to it as well.  Merchants will redeliver the item or if they are online will often just pass it to you
