Hello Gemini and welcome to SL Forums. Normally you must to wait 24 hours. If this time expires and you are sure that you didn't get your purchases and you haven't them in your inventory, submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/  --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened and wait for  a reply. Good luck.

If the invoice says that the order failed, you have not been charged. Open your Dashboard at secondlife.com and select Accounts >> Transaction History to see what has actually been charged against your account within the past 30 days.  Then follow Angel's advice.

In the future, avoid placing more than a few items in your Marketplace shopping cart at once.  (I never buy more than one thing at a time.)  Especially if you are not in world when the items are supposed to be delivered, the system may refuse to deliver multiple items.
