How do I unblock my computer? I stupidly let my 5 year old daughter use my Avatar & it was reported.

About 4 years ago when I first started using 2nd life i stupidly let my 5 year old daughter play around with my Avatar because I didn't know any better. All she did was walk around a bit and type her name over and over because that's all she could spell, but some nerd reported it and the Linden Lab cracked down with an iron fist blocking my entire computer like I was some convicted criminal wanted for murder or something. I never bothered trying to unblock it because it seemed like too much work, but now I'd like to do something on 2nd life with my cartoon work, promote it somehow, and want my computer unblocked. how can I assure them that I'm not a Russian spy and that I promise not to let my daughter on my Avatar any more and that everything is ok, I'm actually nice guy, very normal, completely harmless, I just made a human mistake like we all do from time to time. Thank you.

File a support ticket by going to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and selecting Account Issue from the pulldown menu.  Tell your story as factually as you can, requesting re-instatement.  Then wait.  You should get acknowledgment of your ticket fairly soon, but action may take a while.  Good luck.
