Stuck in squatting position

How do you get unstuck from squatting position?

Normally, I'd just stand up, but I sense that there's more to the question than that.  How did you get stuck in the first place?

Seriously, though .... go to Marketplace and search for MAGIC WAND -- Stops Animations ...

Hit page Up.  If your AO has a crouch animation, you may have accidentally hit page down twice if I recall how that works correctly.  Hitting page up once should take you out of crouch.

Both what?  Did you get the magic wand?

If you have RLV turned on and active, you might try logging in with the SL viewer which does not allow RLV, in case it's an issue with some RLV item/behavior.

I assume you tried Avatar, Health, Stop all animations and revoke permissions?

You are probably wearing an item that is making you pose, or you have an animation or gesture enabled

If you have an RLV device you may have an animation/pose turned on in the collar menu. open your

menu, animation, then look for "stop" in your poses.
