password changed delinquently

Hey, both my password and my mail were changed last night.  I loss my account.

Who did you give your log in information to?  If you gave your password to someone they have access to all your personal information.  If you did not give that information to anyone then it's possible someone guessed your password.  Either way it appears someone logged into your account without your permission.  File an Abuse Report and support ticket. Include as much information that you might have (and if you have an idea of who did it tell LL..........don't tell us here).

 

You might have to create another account to file the AR and support ticket.....explain that too to LL.

1) Its your own fault if you gave somaone you dont trust your login data.

 

2) Make a second Av, and put up a ticket regarding the pirated/hacked account. LL will want to know the Data you entered in the first account, especially your security questions. Be also prepared to send them Documents to prove that you are the rightful owner. The whole might need a month or more. Use that time to reflect, whom to trust far enought, to ever give your login data.
