Getting Back an old avatar

I have an alt but I can't ever log her in. How do I get her account back?

If it is a password issue, you can try the 'forgot password' link.  If you don't have access to the email for that account or it is some other issue, open a Support ticket.

File a support ticket.  Account Issue and I think Reactivate Account should work.

If you canceled the account, Rowan's suggestion is the way to go.

If it's still an active account (can you find it in Search?) then LittleMe's "Lost Password" suggestion is the one to try.

normally this is only needed when the button "reactivate" doesn't work on the accountpage, and advices to do so
most revivals are done by the resident themself. 
For me the OP sounds like some other problem.
