whenever i try to download seconed life viewer it keeps saying interupted by policy change

This happened back in April 21st, back then it was because of some system update or some such, recently folks have been talking about a slow world and the release of the newest viewer update so I would imagine there is a lot of technical turmoil going on so I would hold off for a bit and try again later.

You could also try another viewer.  I use Phoenix which can be downloaded at: http://www.phoenixviewer.com/
