When you're at the Forums level, the last post info looks like this...

https://gyazo.com/05d739fa936ce270cd4eefc34ed3805a

To go to that post, you'd click the "Phone Number" link in the first line to the right of the avatar's profile picture. Clicking the second line down would open that avatar's Profile.

But, if you are looking at an individual Forum, you see this...

https://gyazo.com/410239c8a96b71dd6a7f19e1f9dda05d

Here, clicking the first line opens the avatar's Profile, but clicking the second line (time since posted) takes you to the forum post.

I have wound up opening people's Profiles so many times by mistake, because of the inconsistent location of these links.

Could someone please fix this?

For the second example, click on the Star or Dot to the far left.  That will take you to the first post that you have not read.

Ahhh - I always either work off of my notifications list or go into each sub-forum that I want to view.  Because, if I was just at the Answers level, while it would show me that the last post inside was within the Account sub-forum and made by you, there might still be other topics that were posted or responded to since I was last there.  I get what you are saying now, I just don't see the use really for your first example since there is much that can be missed there.

Given that the 2 examples are 2 different levels, it wouldn't make sense for them to be shown different.

For what it's worth, both of those pictures show the timestamp of the most recent post on the second line. Clicking that timestamp will always take you to the most recent post in both cases.

Sorry Wulfie, and you're right.

What I meant to post as Example #1 was something like this:

Compared to:

Yeah, I understand the extra link can mess with muscle memory, and that's why I've learned to click toward the end of that grey bit of text instead to avoid the inconsistency. 😋
