Wanted - 4096 Adult rental parcel that I can also list in Search

Hi, seeking a private island rental, Adult rated, 4096sq m with the standard 1406 prims.

I want to be able to list the parcel in Search as well (have the ability to check that box in the About Land). Not for a club, but a semi-private low traffic but accessible garden type build. I'm having little luck finding landlords that allow a rental parcel to be added to Search.
