What to do When you don't receive your items that you buy?

Hi peeps

I buy a items but most of them I do not receive as yet .

I put msg on review or a note card .

Some of them i still get my item other try but still dont get and the most even respond to me

What is th next step you can do to claim your order or get money back?

Mant merchants are not in world every day and some do not have IMs forwarded to their e-mail, so it is possible that they have not received your messages yet.  If you still haven't heard in a few days, try sending a second politely-worded notecard.

If you still receive no reply, you can try submitting a support ticket.  Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and select Marketplace from the pulldown menu.  Describe your concern in full and be sure to include all of the documentation necessary to support your request.
