Rezzing in new Premium Home

Hello. Newly claimed Premium Home owner.... How do i rez furniture and such. Is there a group tag I need to wear.  And what about my roommate, how can he rez objects in our Premium Home?

As owner of the Linden home, you don't need any group tag in order to rez objects there. 

If you want your roommate to be able to also rez items there, you would need to create a group, set (not deed) the home to the group (via "about land"), and then add your roommate to the group with a role that allows them to rez objects.

...And if you find that you can't rez things in your home, it's probably not your home! There are thousands of Linden Homes and it's easy to get into the wrong one. There are a couple of things you can check.

• Look on your Dashboard page under Land Manager > My Mainland. The coordinates of your home should be shown.
• If you are in the home, go to World > Parcel Details (sometimes also called About Land). In the General tab, it will show the owner of the parcel. If it's not you...then you're in the wrong place.

If you ARE sure that you're in the right place, sometimes it can still prove hard to rez objects. This is usually due to one of two things.

• You're trying to rez the thing too close to a parcel boundary. Try rezzing it more toward the center of your home.
• Or, sometimes it is hard to rez a thing on a mesh surface. Create a cube, and flatten it out. Rez your object on top of that. In either case, once the object is rezzed, edit it into its final position.
