i can't buy lindens, please help!

hello, somebody can help me? i was traying to buy lindes since yesterday and i cant, i have linked my visa with paypal, id bought things normally but, recently i can't, also my cart is empty and i had lots of stuffs tehe? somebody can explain? thank you

Your PayPal account must be 'verified'.  That typically means you also have to link a RL bank account to it.  Have you done that?

Sorry, the original post was a bit jumbled and difficult to read (run-on sentences, etc..), so I went with the most common answer to the "problem charging payment method" error.

If you have used the PayPal account before for SL stuff and believe it is all still good, then you'll probably have to call Billing to get the specifics of what went wrong.

Also, please don't pay for things on the Marketplace in $USD. Instead, buy L$, in as large an amount as feels comfortable for you. Personally, I won't buy less than $20 USD worth at a time. This is because the larger your purchase, the smaller the transaction fee, on a percentage basis.

If you buy a dress on the MP with $USD, your transaction fee can double your cost, or even more.

If you're trying to buy the lindens via the marketplace,  I'd suggest trying a different browser or at least clear your browser cache.  There was some scheduled billing system maintenance yesterday between 11 am - noon PDT - if your first attempt was during that time, perhaps that affected your transaction attempt and what the browser's cache kept.
