Quesntion on Market place store name

Hello, i would like to know if i pick a name for my store if someone else can use the same name?

Yes.  I confirmed by doing a quick MP Merchant/Store search on a name I was pretty sure is duplicated.

I was searching for a store the other day in the MP and there were several with the same name.  One all CAPS, one all lowercase, one with just the first letter capitalized.

The actual names don't even have to substantially differ. "Junk Food" has 3 results. (all owned by people associated with the business)

The names don't have to be different in any way - not even in regards to upper/lower letters:
