No, because Linden Dollars are only usable in Second Life.  You can sell your Linden Dollars for US dollars and then process the credit in your US dollar account into a verified PayPal account.

Yes, so long as you are in the U.S.  It's a two-step process.  First, you need to sell your L$.  The proceeds from the sale, minus commission, are deposited in your USD balance.  Then (second step) you do a credit transfer from your USD balance to RL through PayPal.  You have to transfer at least $25.  The entire process is described at http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Linden-dollars/ta-p/700107  and http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Account-balance/ta-p/700015

In addition Rolig's and Cinn's answers i have to say that if you have never bought or sold $L before, your trading limit may be $0 but you can sell using one of the acceptable Third-Party exchanges (these will also convert your $L to your own currency instead of $US if you are outside of the US).
