I just sold a folder to someone that contains clothing. the issue is that when they open my unpacker... They receive nothing. they've tried rezzing and opening, touching the hud. Nothing works for them. I've made sure all my containing folders were copy-able. What's going on!? and how can I fix this?

Did you check to be sure that they were transferable?  That's what really counts if you are planning to give items to someone else.  Copiable just means that you can make copies for yourself.
