Premium Plus broken??

I just signed up for Premium Plus because of the free uploads.  But I was just charged 10L to upload an image.  WTH??  That's the only reason I signed up for it.  Also there's supposed to be phone support but I can't find a number anywhere.  I can't get anyone on live chat until Monday morning.  I doubt I'll be able to get anyone even then because that's 4th of July.  I am NOT happy!!!

Were you logged in already when you upgraded? and if you were, did you relog after upgrading? 

You will get an email from LL describing the premium plus benefits, and that email will have the phone support number.

It took a week for me to get that email.
