0 Lindal Kidd Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 First, make sure the "message" is from Linden Lab. LL will only notify you of this via email, NOT in a message in the viewer or other means. If the email contains a link to click "for more information", "to open a dispute", "to verify your information" or anything else, DON'T click it. It's probably a phishing scam. If you're not sure, or you ARE sure it's from LL, then manually navigate to your SL Dashboard and file a support case. Possible reasons for LL to suspend your account: You owe money and your credit card's expired so they couldn't charge it. Someone submitted an Abuse Report on you and they're investigating Someone sent you a large amount of fraudulent L$ and they're investigating Your account has committed serious ToS violations. This might have been you (naughty, naughty!) or someone who's gained access to your account and was using it without your knowledge. They mistook you for someone else, or your public IP address is the same as some evildoer.
