I would like to know if I just get the premium or the premium plus just to be able to change my name , could I cancel the premium plan ? and still keep the change of the name and my account would not be in stand by?

Yes - Just buy a Monthly and do the downgrade right after you do the name change --  you will keep the name. Currently,  the Premium Plus for one month gives you the name change for $15 -- so that is cheaper than regular Premium for one month plus the regular name change fee of $39.99.
