How to enable teleporting from web slurls

For some reason using links from Microsoft edge is  not allowing me to teleport to the destination in SL it basically does nothing. I know reinstalling the SL viewer is likely to fix it ... but is there a way to fix it from microsoft edge to avoid having to reinstall

Is this a case where the most recently installed viewer takes over the SLURL protocol? If you then use a different viewer that you installed previously, nothing happens.

One way to handle this situationis to use the SLURL Proxy app which greatly simplifies choosing which viewer you want to respond to SLURL links on websites. Available here: https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/slurl.

This often happens when.other viewers are installed.  I've always suggested and used this...https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/slurl
