There are also ones you can't see, such as "being sat on". It's possible for that to get out of sync in which case you can't sit on the thing until it's taken into inventory and brought back out, or after the next sim restart. This is usually related to region crossing problems but can also happen if an avatar is ejected by a security orb while sitting.

the right hand collumn of  the llSLPPF chart is occasionally handy https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/LlSetPrimitiveParams#llSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast

Textures ,media faces, texture animation, KFM (arguable), sit target... come to mind off the top of my head.

Not quite sure what constitutes a "prim property" for the purposes of this thread, but yeah: pretty much all the llSLPPF parameters would seem to qualify in the sense that they persist after the script is removed, even if the object is taken into inventory and re-rezzed. Some that might not come immediately to mind include PRIM_OMEGA (llTargetOmega), and the sit-related properties besides PRIM_SIT_TARGET (llSitTarget), specifically PRIM_SCRIPTED_SIT_ONLY and PRIM_ALLOW_UNSIT. Also, besides sound radius and queuing, basic llLoopSound itself probably qualifies here.
