How do I create a poster containing a HUD containing an event announcement?

I'm going to host a concert.

How do I create one of those HUDs I receive which, when I ADD or WEAR, show's a poster announcing the event which, when I click on the poster, creates a folder in my inventory containing a notecard with information about the event and a landmark to the event?
