As title states, I'm offering 150k + Transfer fee to purchase a full 30k grandfathered private region. 140k + fee for 20k grandfathered region.

 

Only offering for grandfathered regions. Not interested in non-grandfathered. Please message me in world if interested.

 

Potentially also interested in grandfathered homesteads, dependent on price.

Had to make sure others knew what you was wanting,  because these are sold in USD, not L$.   so making sure people understand not 150k in USD.

Every single person I've talked to has discussed price primarily in L$. I would also be REALLY amazed if someone thought I was offering 150k USD for one region. And if they did, I'm sure they would have simply asked me to clarify.
