hello all this is new too me looking to sell my recently purchased 30k region due to rl circumstances 

recently brought on the 6th june so this is the billing date 

not sure how much I should be asking? 

also how do i know if its grandfathered or not

If you recently bought it. It’s not grandfathered. 
I wouldn’t ask for more or near the amount of what it cost to just buy it straight from SL. Especially considering if the buyer is paying close to when the fee is due.

Did you buy it from another person or did you buy it from LL directly? If from LL, it's not grandfathered. If from someone else, they would have likely told you. You can check the billing amount though to find out.
