Assuming that you get the cost using the best exchange rate (i.e. the bank rate), US $99 today is 137.93 Australian $ -- LL does not currently charge any VAT for Yearly payments.

If you use a credit card, I'm pretty sure that you get the bank rate for the exchange - whether or not your credit card charges an exchange fee is based on the card. 

I'm not sure how the currency exchange works with PayPal, and what fees might be involved -- and whether or not it is different if you are funding PayPal with a credit card versus bank funding.

I pay by debit card and the amount was $149,00 so yeah I don't know.
