Here at Starlight Landscaping & Estates we offer Luxury resort themed parcels fully landscaped and ready to go! 

You are welcome to build in the sky above 1000m on your parcel.

We do not allow for ban lines, privacy screens, or large rock walls to keep a clean beautiful tropical paradise.

We offer a few amenities that you can enjoy as well!  These include the following :

• Open Sim around the office allows you to sail around and enjoy the waters.  We know this isn't a lot of water, but we do allow it.
• Surfing is planned to be added later this week off of the island with the main office.
• Our Lounge area is available to all of our renters to enjoy on the right side of the office.   This includes a pool table and television available to our residents to watch with over 150 movies.
• Off-Sim Floaties, Jetskis, and Swimmers available to be added around your parcel to enjoy using if you are on a sim edge to go off-sim up to 700m, if you are not on an edge parcel you can still use them within the sim.
• Pay 4 Weeks Get 1 Week Free - As long as you pay for 4 weeks at one time at the rental unit it will add an additional week to your unit.
