Are you in arrears for land or do you owe LL any other fees?   Might want to file a support ticket since no one here can tell what your specific issue might be.

No, I do not owe any fees and I cannot login to undo my advertisements so if I am not in arrears yet, I will be. I filed a ticket but I no response yet. I got no email so theres no way to tell what the problem is. I can login to marketplace just fine though.

Do you receive a message when you try to log in?  If so, what does it say?

Since you're logged into the MP,  hit the little Home at the top left side and try logging into your dashboard from there.   Since you're able to log in here and MP,  it might just be a matter of clearing cookies from your browser since the dashboard is the only other LL site you can't access.

Also, have you tried logging into a different region?

Yes, I have tried all kinds of regions and nothing. This is the message I get when hitting the home button, you described     

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://secondlife.com/?" on this server.

So, looks like they Ip banned me. Thank you for the info. I have messaged them and no response.  Today I found out someone is taking money from my account so I post a message letting everyone know what to look for if they cannot log on. All I get is a vague message when I try to log, doesn't explain anything.

Yes, that is strange. It also indicates that your account is not banned. But, along with your statement in another thread that your passwords on other services have been compromised, it's likely that your computer has malware on it that's letting someone else have access. See my response in that thread for links to important information about identity theft.

In your place, I would be tempted to wipe my hard drives and re-install everything, but please don't do that until you've gotten advice from people more knowledgeable than myself.

Yes, I will be putting a new OS on this, my mouse has been auto clicking links randomly. I don't want them to get any more info so I will deff wipe it. I checked my firewall and it's still up and no threats detected so whoever it is either disabled it or is hiding it very well. I do not know how to fix this so hopefully Linden Labs can help me soon, before my balance is nothing.

Check your network/proxy/VPN settings. That error message is not unique to Second Life.

The "we are unable to complete your request at this time" message does not mean you're IP banned.

If you had been banned, you would've received an email about it and nobody else would be able to log into your account either.

Well, for gosh sakes, disconnect it from the Internet right away. If you need internet access, use your phone, or another known good computer. Don't let the infected machine see the web until you know it is clean.

Using the known good machine, start changing ALL your passwords, ESPECIALLY any related to financial accounts.

REPEAT: If your mouse is clicking links "on its own" somebody has remote access to your computer. DISCONNECT IT FROM THE INTERNET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If someone had remote access to OP's computer and were deliberately clicking on malicious links, they wouldn't let OP keep posting here about their situation. "Auto-click on hover" is an accessibility feature.

OP is running Arch Linux based on an earlier screenshot, so this is probably just a case of an inexperienced user with a misconfigured system. Replacing the operating system might be a good idea, but not for security reasons.

Thanks, Wulfie. I know little enough about Windows, and zero about Linux. I hope you are right about the access, but in other posts she's mentioned that her $L balance is dropping and that she's been compromised on other services like eBay.

"Accessibility feature", forsooth. If my mouse clicked on its own, I'd take it out and shoot it.
