i just bought an AO from SL marketplace and i didn't got it

Go to My Marketplace and find your Order Hstory, if the status of your item shows as Delivered, then copy the transaction to an IM or Notecard to the seller and request a replacement.

Marketplace delivery can be slow...can take up to 24 hours to recieve items.  This is particularly true for items bought together in a shopping cart.  Single purchases usually process faster but not always.
