I haven't used "forestdreamer1" in a long time, but I accidentally sent something to that alt that I really need.  Can I get this avi back?  My regular avi is Autumn Ehrenkranz.

you can certainly try, support helped me recover an account i no longer had email access to.

 

log in to the support page as a guest with your email address, and supply the avatar name.

 

Support will email you in a few days and ask you a few questions to verify your claim to that account.  If they are satisfied then they'll help you reset that account's password, email address, and secret question.
