Buying more land above your 1024 for premium

If I pay for my premium membership level on a yearly basis (I just paid the $99 in March) and I buy land and the tier payment is higher will it charge me monthly for the new tier, or will I get charged for the  yearly cost of what the new tier is now and bill me for the remaining all at once?

You will be charged every month, typically starting on the day that you exceed the initial 1024 sqm.  Note that you will be charged for the HIGHEST amount of Tier used in any given monthly billing period, even if you only used that amount for one second.  And you are always billed in arrears -- for the previous month's usage.  Thus when you stop using the extra tier, you should expect one final tier bill.
