Can't access rating settings as an adult?

I made my account as a minor but now I'm an adult, but I still can't change my access settings. I'm pretty sure I set my birthdate correctly, I don't know if there's anywhere to check though. How do I fix this?

(also had a mini heart attack when i thought my profile said i was 3 but turns out the date on there is your account's age not your own)

Your account abilities/ratings don't change automatically when you finally come of age.  You'll need to open a Support ticket -- be prepared to show proof of identity & age.
