Read the documentation on Speedlight.  I don't remember where they are in their development.

Inara did a write-up on it last year: https://modemworld.me/2020/02/14/speedlight-access-sl-via-a-browser-incl-mobile-devices/

I'd really like to see SL on NVidia GeForce Now cloud gaming. That makes it much easier to install SL, and you get a good gamer computer at the other end. Costs about $10/month, though.

(What that does, for those who don't know, is run the game (here, the SL viewer) on a server in an NVidia data center, and your computer just gets a video stream. Anything that can run Netflix in HD can then run SL.)

Either that or you buy a 2000- to 3000-$ gaming computer. Then, suddenly, 200 to 300 months of hassle-free gaming doesn't sound so bad.

Sounds pretty optimistic for a computer to be running and relevant for 16-25 years,

SL runs well on US$600 and cheaper computers. My i3 laptop does pretty well.
