Can I play Second life through a browser?

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to play second life through a web browser other than speed light viewer? thank you very much for your response.

There's Mobile Grid Client. However, it's a subscription service that charges you in $L, and it is text only. You can't see your surroundings, only talk with people.

If you have another, good computer, you can set it up yourself with something like Chrome remote, or Splashtop.

I'd really like to see SL on NVidia GeForce Now cloud gaming. That makes it much easier to install SL, and you get a good gamer computer at the other end. Costs about $10/month, though.

(What that does, for those who don't know, is run the game (here, the SL viewer) on a server in an NVidia data center, and your computer just gets a video stream. Anything that can run Netflix in HD can then run SL.)

Sounds pretty optimistic for a computer to be running and relevant for 16-25 years,

I think they meant, you could subscribe to that $10/month service for 16-25 years before it cost as much as a gaming rig.

SL runs well on US$600 and cheaper computers. My i3 laptop does pretty well.
