SOme bullet points from a bulletin board at the demo region:

• Both regular and open floorplans
• Can rez 512 homes on 1024 parcels
• Menu for exterior colors, and a HUD (!!!) for interior wall colors
• Every region has a rez zone with 100 LI
• Retaining walls allow for "dramatic terrain height changes", useful for privacy and canals
• Sakura has both a canal and road network throughout
• There are high-LOD bamboo trees WANT in the content pack!  Cherry trees, low Japanese maple bushes, pretty azaleas, twisty pine trees.  Sakura will NOT be seasonal.

The landscaping, with terrain changes, lush foliage, plenty of water and gorgeous views, is the star for me. I think the layout is excellent and it feels like I would picture a modern Japanese community. I've only briefly toured the homes and haven't been captured yet, but I'm not going to stop looking!

Perhaps this new theme, if Asian, could be a group of Japanese islands parked off the west coast of Satori, which in turn creates a new coastline up Satori's west coast?

And if they are Asian themed, might they be modernised versions of Japanese Azuchi-Momoyama period homes that are already found on the earlier Nascera continents of the earlier Linden Homes?

I'm really loving this theme so much. I love the sliding doors and the landscaping. AND the smaller houses perfect size for meeee lol. Great work Moles, thank you.
