Age verify help account verify HELP!

OK..... WHEN I TRIED TO AGE VERIFY IT WAS LIKE "congrats it worked when i went to prefrences ingame there was no dropdown box to change content... just nothing but grey. Then someone told me to do account verify. I DID it when i went to change my content AGAIN nothing but grey what do i do!??!?

If you are under 18 you will only have the option to visit General.

You should have the options but you say you don't, call the 1800 number and explain to them the situation, they should be able to help. They are 24/7

danteNyro, did you actually log in? When I checked in my login screen, if I open the Me menu, Preferences, the drop down menu is not there, exactly as you described. Log in under advanced mode, not basic, its under mode on the login screen next to the log in button. Then open your Me > Preferences menu.
