The only thing they ask is for non breedables to be set to phantom. So perhaps contact their costumer support about it and ask? Edit: They have breedable specific lands if you didn't know that. When on their website its the bottom drop down menu, select breeding and off you go. I recieved an update of the covenant today: [C.] SCRIPTED ANIMALS/PETS (Not considered breedables) - Pets/Animals/Prim Babies are not allowed on small land size parcels from 1008sqm-4096sqm. I just logged in and checked the covenant of my land and it has not been updated. Not sure if the covenant change is just for some of their breeding sims or will be applied to all in the future.
