PROBLEM WITH MY LIDEN REWAR 300$ls

Question

I SUBSCRIBED THE PREMIUM PLAN, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE WEEKLY REWARD OF 300l$, I HAVE ALREADY LOOKED AT MY TRANSACTION HISTORY AND IT DOES NOT SHOW ANY DEPOSIT MADE, BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN 1 MONTH AFTER THE SUBSCRIPTION WAS MADE

I WANT TO KNOW IF I WILL RECEIVE THE DELAYS OF THAT TIME OR I WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING?

Since it has been a month, you'll need to contact LL via Live Chat or a Support ticket.   They would have shown on Tuesday in your L$ Transaction History, usually fairly early in the morning.

You should be receiving a L$300 bonus every Tuesday.  If you are not, contact Live Chat tomorrow or call the Linden Lab billing office.  They are available from 6am to 2pm PST, Monday through Friday.  Call toll-free in the US/Canada: 800-294-1067 or 703-286-6277.

This is a resident forum. Lindens may watch from time to time but they rarely answer questions here (and never answer anything related to a specific account).

check first if you'r really premium, the payment might have failed?
If so, try subscribing again
If the payment was successfull, contact support about what went wrong.
