Selling one non-Grandfathered region and one homestead. They are connected.

Tier date is the 16th for both.

It comes with all landscaping done, or you can remove it all. It's yours at that point to do what you want. I request that at least Port of Aethro be renamed as it's tied to my company.

70,000 Lindens for both. Plus 26000 for transfer fees.

The lands are still available.

Property is still available. It can be split up and does not have to be sold together. 

 

After discussing it with my husband, we are only looking for the transfer fees for the properties. If it is sold split it will be 26,000 each. Sold together, I will cover half, so you only have to cover 26,000 of the fees.
