Skrill i cant use, cause my Accounte by them were hacked, paysafe wont work for Flickr. Its absolute unfair that Flickr offers no other Way than Creditcard or Visa and such Trash! If I used flickr all the time maybe, but I only use it really as somewhere to share store products and maybe the odd sim pic. What worries me more than anything is that I genuinely can't think of a decent alternative at this time. I don't like the way the internet is moving towards this 'social media' type experience. I've long since stopped using Twitter, Facebook et-al because they make me unhappy and unhealthy. Seems like every year that goes by, a community platform disappears and a new Twitterbook-esque platform pops up in its place with 100 manipulative algorithms designed to slowly lul you into a very bad place, to make you more emotional, sleepless, phone dependent and give you an inferiority complex. I do love the SL community that's grown at flickr. I've no plans to dump my SL flickr... I might even pay for a 2 year subscription, but I need to sort out some personal things in my life first before I spend any more of my funds. I did look at a bunch of sites and newTumbl was the best I could find. The only thing I find weird about it (to me) is that it doesn't allow Family (F) rated blogs to be viewed publicly. Family is the lowest rating applied to newTumbl entries and blogs. The other ratings are Office (O), Mature (M) and eXplicit (X). Along with my main newTumbl account, I've created a travel blog. I've got so many landscape pics I haven't shown anywhere... was going to rate the journal as Family, but decided to rate it O for now. Think of the O rating as something you wouldn't be afraid to show your boss, but not mention to your kids. You only have to type in their Search Secondlife and voila you find all the Secondlife Members they r already there, but you have to turn off Safe Search on the Website in the right Corner!
