Where does one locate the place to create and send a notecard ? I want to ask a question and it say's to send a  " notecard"  Where do i create ?

At the bottom of inventory, hit the + sign, choose create notecard.  A blank notecard will appear.  Fill it and SAVE.  It will save to your notecard folder.  I always change the description/title to include my name...ex: From Rowan Amore Regarding ___________.

Then, drag and drop it to the person you're giving it to just like any other inventory offer.

You can also just right click in any blank area of the Notecards folder and choose New Note from the context menu.
