Howdy!

Mammoth Ranch is a full region sleepy little farming/ranching community with just a few houses. There is plenty of open space on the ranch for riding horses, driving your tractor or  BBQing out doors. This is the perfect spot for an outdoor aficionado, farmer, gardener, teegle enthusiast and animal lover. 

On property we have a forest with many friendly animals, outdoor cinema where we have family movie time every Saturday at 4pm and a farmer's market. 

Need to be where the action is? We are adjacent to Mammoth Ridge (our main sim), a sweet town with shops, pub, a bakery, school and our municipality. Although, we live in the country, we abide by all the rules and regulations of Mammoth Ridge.

The sims change with the season so be prepared to see the leaves fall, see frost on the ground, and see the flowers bloom.

We have tiny home rentals from 90L a week to full working farm homes with room for chickens, plots and barns for 1350l a week. More prim can be added as needed.
