Maitimo Posted March 10, 2022 Share Posted March 10, 2022 I'm trying to learn DJing with Mixx but I've run up against a problem. I've added some new music but I can't get it to appear in the Mixx track listing. The files are in the correct folder on my PC, I've done a re-scan of the library (I've also got Mixx set up to re-scan on start-up) but I can't see the new tracks there so I can't add them to a playlist. They are all in MP3 format so that's not the problem. I can't seem to find a way to add files manually. How do I do this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
sounds Turner Posted April 3, 2022 Share Posted April 3, 2022 Sorry I've just seen your post while searching the music category. I don't use Mixxx, but have it installed to learn the encoder setup. You should be able to select files or folders from the left menu in Mixxx, and even drag files onto Mixxx's virtual turntables, left or right.
